Plain-language terms for custom orders. By placing an order you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Website prices are estimates based on the quantity, options and art you select. Final pricing is confirmed on your written quote and invoice. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Shipping is quoted separately.
Artwork and approval
You confirm you own or are licensed to use any art you send. We provide up to two virtual mockups at no charge; additional revisions may carry an art charge. Production starts only after you approve a mockup in writing and the invoice is paid. Once approved, the mockup is the standard for the order: we are not responsible for errors in approved artwork, including spelling.
Production variance
Custom decoration is a manual process. Minor variation in color, placement and finish is normal and not grounds for return. Wood, glass and assorted-color items vary piece to piece. Orders may ship up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered and are billed on quantity shipped.
Timelines
Production times are estimates counted from mockup approval and payment, and exclude shipping. We'll tell you promptly if a stock or supplier issue changes a date.
Cancellations and returns
Orders can be cancelled before mockup approval with no charge beyond any art work performed. After approval, cancellation is subject to costs incurred. Custom-decorated goods can't be returned or exchanged except for defects in materials or decoration, reported within 10 days of delivery with photos. Defective pieces are replaced or credited at our option.
Shipping and hazmat
Risk of loss passes to the carrier on pickup. Lighters ship ground only within the US and carry a hazmat surcharge. The recipient is responsible for duties and taxes on international shipments.
Payment
Card and ACH via secure invoice link. Net terms are available to approved business accounts on request.
Age
Our products are intended for adults 21 and older and for businesses serving them.
